I am currently the managing bartender at Mosaic & Bar Dalia in Astoria Queens NYC

My life in the hospitality industry began in a kitchen washing dishes, prepping and working the line. After moving to New York City, I began my experience in front of house at Mosaic in Astoria, Queens. Now, as a bartender & manager, I combine my experience and knowledge of working front and back of house to manage and operate a successful program. In addition to my knowledge of maintaining an expansive catalogue of wines and craft beer, I lead the development of a successful cocktail program including classic cocktail recipes and house signatures with an incredible team of talented individuals.
